So the Sync Now button and the Settings > Tools > Bitwarden Web Vault both fail. However, try as I might my Bitwarden Chrome extension is still linked to the old domain. And everything appears to be fine - The Bitwarden web instance is up and accessible across the web. I did not have to change anything on my Bitwarden instance (only had to make appropriate changes to SWAG docker instance). However I just switched over to a new domain.
